It’s forbidden to smoke in all rooms and common areas. It’s possible to smoke in the outdoor areas and in the balconies of the rooms. In case a guest will smoke inside the room, a “cleaning fee” will be charged.

There is not an exact way to tell when the best time to be in Koh Chang is. During November – April, you can enjoy full sun and warm weather while during May – October, Koh Chang offers the greenest nature and waterfalls are the most beautiful during this time of the year to enjoy.
Malaria, dengue and Japanese encephalitis exist in tropical and sub-tropical countries. These three diseases are all mosquito-borne. The best and easiest way to prevent them is to avoid getting mosquito bite. So you should bring mosquito repellant and apply them at dusk, dawn, and during night time.
Dengue does not have any vaccination or prophylaxis. However, Dengue rate in Koh Chang is low here. Malaria has a prophylaxis pill but the side effect of the pill outweighs the small malaria risk in Koh Chang. Lastly, Japanese encephalitis is almost non-existence here. So you should not need to get vaccinate for it.
